1. Website purchases
Vortiq EFB is a digital product for flight simulation. Website purchases are processed through Stripe and linked to your Vortiq ID.
You may contact Vortiq Studios to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the purchase was accidental or duplicated, your Vortiq ID was charged but access was not delivered, or a technical issue prevents access and Vortiq Studios cannot reasonably resolve it.
Refunds are not guaranteed after digital access has been delivered and used, except where required by applicable law.
2. Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals, but access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Subscription payments already processed are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, access delivery issues, unresolved technical problems, or where required by applicable law.
3. Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases are one-time digital access purchases. Refund requests may be reviewed within 14 days of purchase, especially for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases or unresolved access issues.
4. App Store purchases
Purchases made through Apple or the App Store are handled by Apple. Vortiq Studios cannot directly refund App Store transactions.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase, use Apple's official refund process through your Apple account.
5. How to request a refund
Email Vortiq Studios with the email address used for your Vortiq ID, the purchase email or receipt, the purchase date and the reason for the refund request.

6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network and your bank.
7. Abuse and chargebacks
Vortiq Studios may refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with this policy. If you have a billing issue, contact Vortiq Studios before opening a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
8. Legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
9. Changes to this policy
Vortiq Studios may update this Refund Policy over time. The latest version will be posted on this website.
