Send enough detail to reproduce it.
If something breaks in Vortiq EFB, include the app version, iPad model, iPadOS version, the page you were using, what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots help a lot when the issue is visual.
For privacy or deletion requests, use email so it can be handled directly. The studio and app privacy policies are linked in the footer.
