1. Vortiq EFB purpose
Vortiq EFB is made for flight simulation only. It must not be used for real-world aviation, navigation, flight planning, dispatch, safety-critical decisions or operational aviation use.

Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using Vortiq Studios websites, Vortiq ID, Vortiq EFB access, subscriptions and digital purchases.

2. Vortiq ID
You may need a Vortiq ID to access purchases, subscriptions and account features. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact Vortiq Studios if you believe your account has been misused.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Website purchases are processed by Stripe and linked to your Vortiq ID. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal or another supported billing channel.
Lifetime access is a one-time digital access purchase for the Vortiq EFB product account scope described at the time of purchase.
4. Access and availability
Vortiq Studios aims to keep services available and useful, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, platform outages, third-party services, network issues or product updates.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refund requests and subscription cancellation are handled under the Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, while access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, account system, checkout, APIs, downloads or community spaces. This includes fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, abuse, harassment, attempts to bypass access checks or actions that disrupt services.
7. Third-party services
Vortiq services may depend on third-party platforms such as Stripe, Firebase, Cloudflare, Apple, Google and Discord. Their own terms and policies may also apply when you use those services.
8. Changes
Vortiq Studios may update products, pricing, these terms or related policies over time. The latest version will be posted on this website.
